Lease Purchase Search Instruction:

2. Once this form has been submitted our Financial individual will contact you to discuss how long you will need to be in the program 12-24 months, estimated monthly payment and what you will need to work on (credit Issues) while you are in the house.
NOTE: Initially we are not qualifying you on your credit but qualifying you on your income. So if you have bad credit don’t worry we understand.
3. Once Alan has contacted you and finished his
Assessment he will email TeamCowan with the
Information we need to move to the next step.
4. Once we are in receipt of your buying power one my agents will contact you to get your home criteria and set you up in our automated system. That's it. So lets get started
